Assuming that your cruise ship docks at the port of Ayios Nikolaos there are bus routes from the central bus station to Kritsa. The central bus station is at the northern end of town, near the Archeological Museum. You need to catch a bust to the village of Kritsa. Kritsa village is about 10k south west of Ayios Nikolaos and the byzantine church, Panayia Kir, is about 1k before Kritsa. The church is open from 08:30 to 15:00 and there is a small charge for entry. Well worth the time if you can make a visit.
